The Sugar Bowl takes the winner of the SEC Champ Game.

The Capital One Gets who it wants out of SEC (East or West).

The Outback Gets the next pick with the best available from the east.

The Cotton Gets the 4th pick with the best available from the west.

Now the Outback could take a west team if they want, but not until Cotton takes it's pick.
